These terms apply to services provided by Citadel Systems LLC and to use of this website.

Services and pricing

Prices on this website are flat rates for typical jobs. We confirm the price before starting. If a job turns out to be larger than described, we will tell you the new price and get your approval before continuing. Parts and new equipment are billed separately at cost.

Payment

Payment is due when the work is completed. Monthly care plans are billed at the start of each month and can be canceled before the next month begins.

Backups and data

Before any service, you are responsible for backing up important files when possible. We take care to protect your data, but we are not responsible for data loss caused by existing hardware failure, malware or other conditions that existed before service.

Software and accounts

You are responsible for having valid licenses for software installed on your devices and for keeping access to your own accounts and passwords.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.

Changes

We may update these terms. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
